Please Note: This application is not complete without the following:

• A completed and signed application form (photocopies are acceptable)
• An official high school transcript including your most recent course work.
• A letter of recommendation from a high school administrator.
• A letter of recommendation from a high school teacher or instructor.
• A typed personal statement of 250-300 words (See Page 3”) Application and other information should be mailed to:

Recipients or Representative from the school the Recipients expects to attend will be expected to attend the Missouri City-Sugar Land Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Scholarship Celebration to be held in August 2023. Applications and a documentation become the property of the Missouri City-Sugar Land Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. 7 The Missouri City-Sugar Land Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. has the right to refuse and/or retract any scholarship application or scholarship award during the judging, awarding or post awarding process. Refusal/retraction can be based on, but not limited to, nonfactual and incorrect information provided in the application or failure to meet any of the requirements. All applications must be postmarked by May 12, 2023.
